John Bauso | Senior Vice President | Commercial Strategy

I have enjoyed nearly two decades of leadership in revenue management. I have built a reputation for optimizing pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies that elevate profitability - whether in a branded chain or independent properties. 


Over the course of my career at Highgate, Hilton Worldwide and PM Hotel Group, I have developed deep analytical and financial acumen. 

 I have consistently leveraged advanced RMS tools, competitive benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive RevPAR and market share gains. My track record demonstrates not just short-term yield improvements, but sustained revenue growth through dynamic pricing frameworks and strategic channel mix management.


More than a strategist, my true passion is as mentor, committed to people, innovation and culture in revenue management. Known for fostering high-performing teams and nurturing emerging leaders, I champion data-driven decision-making while maintaining a human-centered leadership style. 


A Californian my whole life, I am dedicated to my family and friends, with a keen interest in travel both foreign and domestic.

Tasha Guidry | Director Commercial Strategy

 

I bring 10+ years of revenue management experience, backed by a broader foundation in hospitality operations and portfolio performance. Across multi-property environments, I have driven revenue growth through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, and distribution optimization, while also supporting hotel launches, transitions, and market positioning efforts.

My approach is hands-on, analytical, and grounded in execution. I enjoy navigating complexity, aligning data with market realities, and turning strategy into execution that delivers measurable impact.

At MOSAIC Hospitality, I focus on revenue management and commercial strategy, using data-driven insight and thoughtful analysis to help properties optimize performance and maximize profitability.

As a Bay Area native, I value time with family and enjoy exploring local restaurants, discovering new destinations, and experiencing travel both near and far.

Tai Lin | Legal Counsel

 Tai serves as Legal Counsel at Mosaic Hospitality, where she advises on the structure, negotiation, and governance of commercial agreements that underpin the company’s operations and strategic partnerships. She plays a key role in safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests while supporting MOSAIC’s expansion across hospitality and technology initiatives.


Her work spans contract strategy, partnership structuring, compliance oversight, and risk mitigation, ensuring agreements are commercially sound, enforceable, and aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.


Tai is a licensed attorney in Colombia and holds an LL.M. from the Boston University School of Law. Her background brings an international legal perspective and a disciplined, analytical approach to complex commercial matters.


Outside of her professional work, Tai enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
